We should eat food which contains less sugar so that it will help us from diabetic attack, we should also eat fired food in less quantity because by eating fried food there will be cholesterol problem which will cause heart attack, we should eat food which is nutritious and also free from calories and should be rich in vitamins and proteins. By diet pills also we can loose weight but it is better to take advice of physician before taking them, as there will be side effects on health. We should take these diet pills according to dosage we should not exceed the dosage as it will cause ill health and also we should take them before taking the food.

Every one wants to loose weight in short period of time but we should be patient while we are following the weight loss program.   • Replace sour cream with fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt.
  • Eat less sugar and fewer sweets.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Try a variety of activities from hiking to cycling.
  • Teens who have the support of their families tend to have better results with their weight management programs.
  • Use non stick cookware or barbeque to limit oils and fats.
  • Listen to slow music while you eat. It's been proven to help you eat slower, which helps you lose weight.
