Diet is the key factor that affects your health. There are different kinds of fats such as saturated fats, which are found in food from animals. All kinds of fats have some amount of calories and need to be limited to prevent from overweight. By making changes in your eating habits, we can control blood pressure and also heart problems. Fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes are high in carbohydrates, rich in proteins and vitamins, minerals, low in fat. Cholesterol intake should be less than 300 milligrams per day. It is found in animal products, such as milk, meat, poultry etc.,. Maintain calcium content in the food as it necessary for bones to be strong. We should get minerals and vitamins from food but not from the supplements. Exercise and walking is also necessary for good health equally to the good diet. Excess alcohol consumption will lead to variety of health problems. Eat fish and nuts, which have healthy unsaturated fats. We should maintain balance between calories we take and calories burnt.

Total fat should be 30% of total calories we take daily. Carbohydrates should not be more than 300milligrams per day. Food should be free from caffeine and other food activities. Thus by taking healthy food we can prevent our body from obesity and overweight which further helps from health problems such as blood pressure, heart attack, cholesterol and also from depressions and tensions so that we can be always be fit and active. The easy and best way to achieve the healthy life is by taking health and diet food with diet plan. Metabolism of our body should not be low it should be high for good health. We can eat vegetables, bread, etc which are low in calories and rich in proteins. So following diet plan with healthy food keeps us from all health problems such as overweight and obesity.
